We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return and full refund, the display must be in brand-new or like-new condition and still have all the original parts and packaging that came with it. If the display you are attempting to return is not in suitable condition or materials and/or packaging is missing or damaged, the display will not be eligible for a return.
While we rigorously inspect every product that ships out several times before doing so, in the unlikely event that a display arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the support team at [email protected].
For any return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping costs are non-refundable with returns.
Once the product is returned, received and passes inspection, we will notify you via email that your display has been returned and a refund will be processed. Depending on the original payment method, it will likely take up to seven business days until the funds are back in your account.
